Delete your Trinder account

You can delete your Trinder account, provided by Vanquish, and all of its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Trinder and sign in.
2. Go to the You tab.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you’re signed out.

By email

If you can’t sign in or no longer have the app, email support@trinder.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Trinder account”. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We’ll delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.

What’s deleted

• Your account: email address, password and sign-in history.
• Your profile: name, setup answers and preferences.
• Your practice account, all practice positions and their history.
• The ideas you saved or passed.

We don’t keep any of this after deletion. Copies in our providers’ backups are removed as those backups expire, within 30 days, and short-term server and email logs expire within 30 days.
